Triple output upgrade available for HMQuickshifters.

This is an upgrade for any HMQuickshifter that provides a triple output. i.e. The output is nominally at 2.5v and shifting one way changes the output to 5v. This system is supported by some programmable ECU's. It allows for quickshifting on the up change and blipping the gas on down shifts.
